Directions by car:

Brooklyn Bridge/Brooklyn Battery Tunnel:  Take FDR Drive North and exit at 42nd St. exit 9.  Turn right onto United Nations Plaza / 1st Ave.  Turn left on E45th St.  Turn left onto 2nd Ave.  800 Second Ave is on the left.

Queens/Long Island: I-278 West/BQE toward Brooklyn/Staten Island.  Take I-495/ LI Expwy exit 35, toward Midtown Tunnel/Eastern LI / Greenpoint Ave.  Merge onto I-495 West via exit 35w on the left toward Midtown Tunnel.  Keep left at the fork to go onto E 37th St.  Turn right onto 3rd Ave, turn right onto East 44th St., turn right onto 2nd Ave. 800 Second Avenue is on the left.

Lincoln Tunnel:  Take NJ Turnpike to the Lincoln Tunnel (exit 16) or take Garden State Pkwy to route 3 east to the Lincoln Tunnel.  Follow signs to 42nd Street.  Take 42nd Street to 2nd Avenue. Turn right on 2nd Avenue. 800 Second Avenue is on the left.

George Washington Bridge:  Take route 80 east to the GW Bridge or take the Garden State Pkwy to route 80 east to the GW Bridge.  Exit the bridge onto the Henry Hudson Pkwy South (which becomes the west side hwy) and exit at 42nd street.  Follow 42nd Street to 2nd Avenue.

Upstate New York, Rhode Island and Connecticut:  Take route I-87 or I-95 towards the Triboro Bridge.  Just before the bridge, look for signs directing you to Manhattan and the FDR Drive South.  Take FDR Drive South to 49th Street exit.  Get off on 49th and turn left onto 2nd Avenue.  Proceed to 42nd Street.  800 Second Avenue is on the left.
